摘要
目的研究在社区老年高血压患者护理中实施心理护理的效果及应用。方法抽取山东省滨州市滨城区彭李街道办事处社区卫生服务中心于2020年1月至2020年12月收治的社区老年高血压患者共80例,将其依照随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,研究比对患者的血压控制情况、心理状态、GQOLI-74量表评分与满意度等。结果①80例社区老年高血压患者的血压控制情况比对:与对照组相比,观察组社区老年高血压患者护理后的SBP、DBP水平更低(P<0.05)。②80例社区老年高血压患者的心理状态的比较:与对照组相比,观察组社区老年高血压患者护理后的SDS、SAS水平更低(P<0.05)。③80例社区老年高血压患者的GQOLI-74量表评分对比:与对照组相比,观察组社区老年高血压患者的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能与物质生活功能等GQOLI-74量表评分更高(P<0.05)。④80例社区老年高血压患者的护理满意度对比:与对照组相比,观察组社区老年高血压患者的满意度更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组社区老年高血压患者的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对于改善患者的心理状态,促进血压值降低等有重要的意义。
Objective To study the effect and application of psychological nursing in community elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Eighty elderly patients with hypertension in Community Health Service Center of Pengli Sub-district Office from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The blood pressure control,psychological state,GQOLI-74 score and satisfaction of the patients were compared.Results①Comparison of the blood pressure control status of 80 elderly hypertensive patients in the community:Compared with the control group,the SBP and DBP levels of elderly hypertensive patients in the observation group after nursing in the community were lower(P<0.05).②Comparison of psychological status of 80 elderly hypertensive patients in community:compared with the control group,the SDS and SAS levels of the observation group were lower after nursing(P<0.05).③Comparison of GQOLI-74 scale scores of 80 elderly hypertensive patients in community:Compared with the control group,the GQOLI-74 scale scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life function of elderly hypertensive patients in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).④Comparison of nursing satisfaction of 80 elderly patients with hypertension in the community:Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is of great significance to improve the psychological state of patients and promote the reduction of blood pressure.
