摘要
为培养学生的主动学习和临床思维能力,西安交通大学病理生理学教学团队将翻转课堂和案例导向学习整合优化,在2018级128名医学相关专业学生中实施多元化教学模式,采取无记名问卷调查评估教学效果。问卷调查结果显示:90%以上的学生认为基于翻转课堂的多元化教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,有助于培养临床思维能力。同时在教学中融入思政元素有利于实现传授知识与价值引领的同行并重。这种新教学模式促进了现代教育理念和教学手段与传统教学的融合,为进一步深化教学改革进行了有益探索。
In order to promote students'active learning and clinical thinking ability,the pathophysiology teaching team of Xi'an Jiaotong University integrated and optimized both flipped classroom andcase-based learning,and implemented the diversified teaching mode among the 128 medical students in grade 2018.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by anonymous questionnaire survey.The results of the questionnaire showed that more than 90%of the students thought that the diversified teaching mode based on flipped classroom can stimulate students'interest and initiative in learning,and develop clinical thinking.The elements of ideological and political education were integrated into the teaching activities with equal emphasis on imparting knowledge and value leadership.This new teaching model improves the integration of modern education philosophy and teaching strategies with traditional ones,and carries on the beneficial exploration for the further deepen the teaching reform.
