摘要
针对当前煤层注水装备缺乏的问题,设计了一种基于高压增透的煤层注水系统。现场试验表明:该系统能够有效提高煤层注水量,缩短注水时间,降低煤样的呼吸性粉尘产生能力,从根本上减少粉尘的产生。该设计为煤层注水应用提供了一种新的、可靠的技术手段,有利于提高煤层注水的效果及扩展其应用范围。
Aiming at the current lack of coal seam water injection equipment,a coal seam water injection system based on high pressure antireflection has been designed.Field test show that the system can effectively increase the amount of coal seam water injection,shorten the water injection time,reduce the respirable dust generation capacity of coal samples,and fundamentally reduce the generation of dust.This design provides a new and reliable technology for coal seam water injection applications,and is conducive to improve the effect and expand the application range of coal seam water injection.
