泰山隆安煤矿综采工作面高压注水防尘技术应用 被引量:5

摘要 为降低11303工作面煤尘密度,通过采取高压注水防尘技术措施的实施,使原生煤尘达到湿润状态,煤体内部破碎面基本被水吸附,改变煤体物理性状和后续降尘等降尘效果。依据煤层工作面布置形式和高压注水降尘的基本原理,确定使用脉冲高压注水技术进行工作面降尘,钻孔在距离煤层底板垂距为1.0 m的位置进行钻进,为实现良好的注水降尘效果,封孔长度保证在5 m以上,注水初始压力设置为8 MPa,注水时间8.8 h。实施注水防尘技术措施后,工作面全尘降尘率均在38%以上,呼尘降尘率达到42%以上,工作面环境得到明显改善。 In order to alleviate and reduce the frequent high temperature in the goaf and the temperature in the abnormal area,avoid the disaster of coal spontaneous combustion,and improve the safety index of the working face,the temperature distribution of the goaf was simulated by Comsol,and the three-stage temperature distribution law was formed,which were the heat dissipation section,the heating section and the asphyxiation section.The temperature was ladder-type distribution.According to the distribution form of temperature in different regions,the design scheme of grouting fire prevention and extinguishing was adopted in the temperature abnormal area,and the gas composition and temperature of the corresponding area were measured and analyzed after grouting.The results showed that the grouting fire extinguishing scheme can greatly reduce the goaf temperature and CO concentration,and the effect was well controlled.
