摘要
针对矿井综掘工作面粉尘产出量大的问题,本文通过对煤层注水降尘机理的研究,并结合晋华宫矿8109综掘工作面的地质概况,设计了煤层注水方案,研究了不同掘进深度时各个测点的粉尘浓度,得到了煤层含水量随着钻孔深度的变化规律,确定了最佳的注水位置。监测结果表明:对煤层注水后,工作面的呼吸性粉尘和全尘的浓度得到有效控制。
Aiming at the problem of large dust output in fully mechanized excavation face of the mine,the author designed a coal seam injection scheme,studied the dust concentration at each measurement point at different driving depths,obtained the variation law of coal seam water content with borehole depth and determined the best water injection position by studying the mechanism of coal seam water injection and dust reduction,combined with the geological profile of Jinhuagong Mine 8109 fully-mechanized excavation face.Monitoring results show that:after injecting water into the coal seam,the concentration of respirable dust and total dust in the working face is effectively controlled.
