摘要
对芙蓉矿务局白皎煤矿 2 0 112回采工作面的水力疏松提高煤层透气性防治煤与瓦斯突出的效果进行了现场考察 ,主要研究了水力疏松对工作面回风风流瓦斯浓度以及措施后的钻屑指标的影响 ,考察结果表明 :措施过程中工作面回风风流瓦斯浓度升高 18~ 4 7% ,工作面生产时瓦斯涌出量下降2 0 .5~ 50 %。风流中粉尘浓度下降 60~ 90 %。这表明水力疏松措施能有效地释放采场前方煤体的弹性能量和瓦斯 ,不仅防治了回采工作面煤与瓦斯突出 ,而且对防治工作面瓦斯超限和降低风流粉尘浓度也起到了一定的效果。是防治回采工作面煤与瓦斯突出 。
In this paper, it was in-situ observed that the effectiveness of coal and gas outburst prevention with hydraulic fracture in 20112 Mining Face, Baijiao Mine, Furong Mine Bureau and the effect of hydrofracture on drillings index and the methane concentration of return air in the mining face was analyzed. The observation results show that the gas concentration of outgoing air increases by 18 percent to 47 percent during hydraulic fracture, the specific methane emission decreases by 20.5 percent to 50 percent and the dust concentration declines by 60 percent to 90 percent during working in the face. This demonstrates that the measures of hydrofracture can effectively release the coal's elastic energy and methane in the coal seam in front of the face. The measures can not only prevent coal and gas outburst, but also prevent the methane concentration from exceeding the lower explosive limit and decline the dust concentration in upcast air, and which is a complex technological measures to prevent coal and gas outburst, gas concentration from exceeding the explosive limit and dust.
