摘要
分析了掘进工作面各种防突措施的优缺点,研究了水力冲孔技术的防突机理,阐述了水力冲孔的工艺流程.研究表明,在严重突出矿井采用水力冲孔措施,可有效地消除激发突出的应力,大幅度地释放煤体中的瓦斯,增大了煤体抑制突出的阻力,很好地起到了综合防突的作用,且提高巷道掘进速度2~3倍.
The characteristics of various measures to prevent coal and gas outburst was analyzed. A new measure, called hydraulic flushing, was described and studied in detail, and the mechanism of hydraulic flushing was put forward and analyzed. The in-situ experimental results showed that, while driving roadways with severe outburst proneness, not only the stress surrounding the strata but also the gas in coal seam was released efficiently and thoroughly after the new measure was taken, and thus the resistance to coal and gas outbursts was increased dramatically. The measure has a potential effect to prevent and control coal and gas outbursts while conducting roadway excavation, and the roadway driving speed was increased by 2~3 times.
