摘要
河南能源焦煤公司九里山矿主采山西组二1煤层,为单一厚煤层开采,煤层透气性差,抽采困难。为解决低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采困难问题,九里山矿先后实施了密集交叉钻孔、深孔预裂爆破、水力压裂、水力割缝等增透措施,均取得良好增透效果。根据九里山矿15采区煤层瓦斯含量高、煤质酥软等特点,从2012年开始,在15071底抽巷实施了水力冲孔技术,通过现场考察及数据分析,增透效果明显优于矿井以往已实施的增透措施。
Ⅱ1coal seam of Shanxi Formation is the main mining coal seam in Jiulishan Coal Mine of Henan Energy Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,it belongs to a single thick coal seam,the permeability of coal seam is poor,and is difficult to drain. To solve the gas drainage problems of low permeability coal seam,some permeability increasing methods of coal seam were applied in Jiulishan Coal Mine,including intensive cross hole drilling,deep hole pre-splitting blasting and hydraulic fracturing,hydraulic cutting seam and other measures,and have obtained good permeability increasing effects. According to the features of high gas content and soft for coal in No.15 mining area of Jiulishan Coal Mine,from the beginning of 2012,Jiulishan Coal Mine was in cooperation with China University of Mining and Technology,hydraulic flushing technology was implemented in 15071 bed plate tunnel. Through the analysis of on-site investigation and data,antireflection antireflection effect is obviously better than that of the measures have been implemented over the past.
