摘要
文章旨在研究仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及其肠道微生物对葡萄糖氧化酶的响应,本研究选取3组仔猪,设计3个不同水平的饲料处理,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验I组和II组分别添加100和200 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶。试验结果表明,试验II组显著增加了仔猪平均日增重和料重比(P<0.05),试验I组仔猪生长性能和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。此外,试验I组和II组均显著提升了仔猪免疫球蛋白A、M及细胞白介素-2,-6,肿瘤坏死因子-α,干扰素-γ的含量(P<0.05)。同时,试验I组和II组显著降低了胃和回肠中大肠杆菌数量,增加了益生菌数量(P<0.05)。
n order to study the growth performance,immune function and the response of intestinal microorganisms to glucose oxidase of piglets,three groups of piglets were selected in this study.Three different levels of feed treatment were designed.The control group was fed with basic diet,and 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg glucose oxidase were added to experimental group I and II respectively.The results showed that the average daily gain and feed weight ratio of piglets in experimental group II were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the growth performance of piglets in experimental group I was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).In addition,experimental groups I and II significantly increased piglet immunoglobulin A,m,interleukin-2,-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α,Interferon-γ(P<0.05).At the same time,experimental groups I and II significantly reduced the number of Escherichia coli in stomach and ileum and increased the number of probiotics(P<0.05).
