大枣多糖对黄羽肉鸡免疫功能和产蛋性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验探讨大枣多糖(jujube polysaccharides,JP)对黄羽肉鸡免疫功能和产蛋性能的影响。选择150日龄黄羽肉鸡300只,随机分为5组,分别为设阳性对照(PC)组、空白对照(BC)组、1 g/kg JP组、2 g/kg JP组和4 g/kg JP组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只肉鸡。各组分别在基础日粮中分别添加0.1 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑、0、1、2和4 g/kg JP。试验期135 d。结果显示,2 g/kg JP组的淋巴细胞刺激指数、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、细胞白介素-2、干扰素-γ、细胞白介素-4含量极显著高于BC组(P<0.01)。2 g/kg JP组的细胞白介素-2、干扰素-γ、细胞白介素-4 mRNA的表达极显著高于BC组(P<0.01)。2 g/kg JP组的产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量极显著高于BC组,料蛋比极显著低于BC组(P<0.01)。研究表明,JP能够提高黄羽肉鸡的免疫功能和产蛋性能,且2 g/kg JP组效果最佳。 The experiment explored the effect of jujube polysaccharides(JP)on immune function and laying performance of egg production.300 yellow-feather broilers at 150-day-old were selected and randomly divided into five groups,namely,positive control(PC)group,blank control(BC)group,1 g/kg JP group,2 g/kg JP group and 4 g/kg JP group,with three replicates in each group,and 20 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in each group were supplemented with0.1 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride and 0,1,2,4 g/kg JP in basal diet.The trial period lasted for 135 d.The results showed that the lymphocyte stimulation index,IgA,IgG,IgM,IL-2,IFN-γand IL-4 content in 2 g/kg JP group were extremely higher than those in BC group(P<0.01),the expression of IL-2,IFN-γand IL-4 m RNA were also extremely higher than those of the BC group(P<0.01),and the egg production rate,average egg weight and average daily feed intake in 2 g/kg JP group were extremely higher than the BC group,the feed-to-egg ratio in 2 g/kg JP group was extremely lower than that of BC group(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that JP can improve the immune function and performance of egg production of yellow-feather broilers and 2 g/kg JP group had the best effect.
