杆菌七肽对草鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道健康的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Microcin C7 on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Intestinal Health of Ctenopharyngodon idellus

摘要 为研究饲料中添加杆菌七肽对草鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道健康的影响,将初体重为(14.90±0.15)g的草鱼随机分为5组,每组5个重复,分别投喂在基础饲料上添加0(对照组)、2.5、5.0、7.5 mg/kg和10.0 mg/kg杆菌七肽的试验饲料,试验60 d。结果表明:杆菌七肽能够提高草鱼的增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),但饲料系数、肥满度、胴体率以及内脏指数无显著差异(P>0.05);肌肉粗蛋白和粗脂肪随杆菌七肽含量的增加显著降低(P<0.05);饲料中添加杆菌七肽降低了血清中谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性,提高了总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性,添加量为7.5 mg/kg和10.0 mg/kg时提高了血清中碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05),对血清三酰甘油没有显著影响(P>0.05);杆菌七肽能降低肠道内大肠杆菌数量,增加乳酸杆菌数量,添加量为7.5 mg/kg时增加小肠绒毛高度和肌层厚度,降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加杆菌七肽能促进草鱼生长,改善肠道健康,且添加量为7.5 mg/kg时效果较佳。 A 60 days feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Microcin C7 on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and intestinal health of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus).The grass carp with an average body weight of(14.90±0.15)g were randomly allocated into five groups with five replicates per group,and fed with basal diet supplemented with 0,2.5,5.0,7.5 mg/kg and 10.0 mg/kg Microcin C7,respectively.The results showed as the followings:Microcin C7 could sig⁃nificantly increase the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of grass carp(P<0.05),but had no signifi⁃cant difference in the feed coefficient ratio,condition factor,carcass rate and viscerosomatic index(P>0.05).Both crude protein and crude fat decreased significantly with the increase of Microcin C7 content(P<0.05).Supplementation of Microcin C7 markedly reduced the content of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase,but increased the total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase,the lev⁃el of alkaline phosphatase in serum was increased by the supplemontary of 7.5 mg/kg and 10.0 mg/kg Mi⁃crocin C7(P<0.05),while the supplementation of Microcin C7 had no differential effect on the content of triglycerides(P>0.05);Microcin C7 could reduce the number of Escherichia.coli and increase the num⁃ber of Lactobacillus in the intestines(P<0.05),the basal diet supplemented with 7.5 mg/kg Microcin C7 could increase the villus height and the muco⁃sal thickness,and reduce the crypt depth(P<0.05).In conclusion,supplementation of Microcin C7 could improve the growth performance,im⁃prove the intestinal health.The effect was better when the supplementation of Microcin C7 was 7.5 mg/kg.
