摘要
以35%的鱼粉、57%的豆粕、68%的菜粕、60%的棉粕、52%的花生粕分别组成蛋白质含量为30%的配合饲料,在室内循环养殖系统中养殖草鱼64d。在第二阶段的43d结束时,各试验组草鱼的特定生长率分别为鱼粉组(1.16±0.05)%/d、豆粕组(0.95±0.06)%/d、菜粕组(0.57±0.02)%/d、棉粕组(0.49±0.04)%/d、花生粕组(0.53±0.05)%/d,鱼粉组和豆粕组获得很好的生长效果和饲料利用效果。在本试验条件下,各试验组草鱼的形体参数、内脏指数、主要免疫器官重量指数和血清非特异免疫力指标、全鱼和肌肉主要营养成分等没有显著性的差异,对草鱼生长和生理机能是比较安全的。豆粕组草鱼血清的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活力显著高于其它各组,显示肝胰脏可能受到一定程度的影响,而其它各组与鱼粉组结果无显著差异。鱼粉组草鱼全血血红蛋白含量显著高于其它各组,显示出豆粕组、菜粕组、棉粕组、花生粕组草鱼出现一定程度的贫血反应。
The diet was fomulated with 35% fish meal, 57% soybean meal, 68% rapeseed meal, 60% cottonseed meal, 52% peanut meal respectively which the protein content is 30%. The grass carp was reared for 64 days in the room circulation farming system. The specific growth rate were (1.16±0.05)%/d for fish meal group, (0.95±0.06)%/d for soybean meal group, (0.57±0.02)%/d for rapeseed meal group, (0.49±0.04)%/d for cottonseed meal group, (0.53±0.05)%/d for peanut meal group in 43 days later. The best performance in specific growth rate,feed conversion rate were acquired in fish meal group and soybean mean group. The figure parameters and immunity organ parameters of grass carp are no significantly difference among the 5 groups. The nonspecific immunological activities in serum are also no significantly difference among the 5 groups, for example the lysozyme and the superoxide dismutase. However,the glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and the glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activities of the grass carp serum in soybean group are significantly higher than that of the 4 groups. The hematoglobin concentration of the grass carp in fish group are significantly higher than that of the 4 groups.
