摘要
进入新时代,高校辅导员队伍建设迎来创新性发展,辅导员工作也面临新的挑战。结合新时代高质量教育特征、高校思想政治教育规律、教育主客体特点等维度,对辅导员素质能力提升的必要性进行了深入分析,并基于此从辅导员自身发展的视角提出了高校辅导员素质能力提升的新路径。
In the new era, the construction of college counselors has ushered in innovative development, but the work of counselors also faces new challenges. In combination with the characteristics of high quality education in the new era, the law of ideological and political education in colleges and the characteristics of education subject and object, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the necessity of improving the quality and ability of college counselors, and puts forward a new path for improving the quality and ability of college counselors from the perspective of their own development.
