摘要
多种辅料共制是中药炮制的特色之一,对临床疗效起着至关重要的作用,但由于传承不够、创新不足、转化不力,导致其现代研究进展缓慢。整理了常见药物的传统多辅料炮制,总结了传统多辅料共制的组合规律,根据固-液、固-固、液-液组合等不同的辅料物态和药性助制、性味-病证与性味-控毒组合等不同的炮制目的,归纳并分析了传统炮制目的为增效、减毒与矫味和现代研究较多的辅料(蜜酒、酒醋、姜矾与蜜麸)共制原理,以期为中药饮片多辅料共制研究在新时代高质量、高水平发展提供新的思路与技术,促进中药炮制的传承、创新与转化。
Co-processing of multi auxiliary is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine processing,which plays a crucial role in clinical efficacy.However,due to the lack of inheritance,innovation and transformation,modern research progress is slow.The traditional multi auxiliary processing of common drugs are summarized in this paper,and the combination law of traditional multi auxiliary materials are summarized.According to the different processing purposes of auxiliary materials states in solid-liquid,solid-solid and liquid-liquid combinations,medicinal properties assisting processing,and nature/flavor-symptom and nature/flavorreducing toxicity combinations and the traditional processing aiming to increase efficiency,reduce toxicity and rectify flavor are concluded and the co-system of the auxiliary materials,the principle of the co-production of honey wine,wine vinegar,ginger alum and honey bran are also analyzed in this paper,in order to provide new ideas and technologies for high-level research of multi auxiliary co-production of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the new era,and promote the inheritance,innovation and transformation of traditional Chinese medicine processing.
