摘要
在传统中药炮制中,醋是不可或缺的一种炮制辅料,其方法名为醋制,在 《雷公炮炙论》、 《五十二病方》 中均有记载.文章从醋制的历史发展、'酸入肝'的原理、 醋制对中药药性的影响,探讨'醋制入肝'的理论.
In the traditional Chinese medicine processing,vinegar is an indispensable processing excipient.Its method is called vinegar processing,which is recorded in“Leigong Paozhi Lun”and“Fifty-two Pathogenic Prescriptions”.From the historical development of vinegar,the principle of“sour into liver”and the influence of vinegar on the properties of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the theory of“vinegar into liver”.
