摘要
目的:观察“振针助力针法”联合麦粒灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性泄泻的疗效。方法:将60例脾胃虚弱型慢性泄泻患者用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。以“振针助力针法”联合麦粒灸为治疗组,以口服蒙脱石散为对照组。观察对比两组治疗前和治疗后中医症状评分及T淋巴细胞亚群的差异,并比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状评分及T淋巴细胞亚群与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组以上指标变化幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“振针助力针法”联合麦粒灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性泄泻具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the“Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method”combined with wheat grain moxibustion in treating chronic diarrhea of the deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach were divided into the treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with the“Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method”,and the control group was treated with oral Western medicine montmorillonite powder.Observations were made to compare the differences in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and T-lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before and after treatment,and to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores and T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were statistically insignificant(P<0.05)when compared with those before treatment in the same group.And the magnitude of changes in the above indicators in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The“Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method”combined with wheat grain moxibustion has better efficacy in treating chronic diarrhea of the deficiency of spleen and stomach.
