摘要
基于长江经济带108个城市2003-2018年面板数据,采用多期双重差分法探讨高铁网络对长江经济带产业升级的影响,结果发现:(1)高铁交通网络显著促进了长江经济带的产业升级,但这种影响存在区域(上、中、下游)的异质性特征,其中对非省会城市的影响显著高于省会城市;(2)劳动力要素流动和高铁网络的外溢效应是高铁交通网络影响长江经济带产业升级的传导机制。据此提出,完善长江经济带高铁交通网络、发挥高速铁路的“扩散效应”和推进长江经济带一体化建设等促进长江经济带产业升级的建议。
Based on the panel data of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2018,this paper explores the impact of the high-speed rail network on the industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt by Multi-Period Double Difference method.Results show that,firstly,the high-speed rail transportation network significantly promotes the industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but this impact has regional(upper,middle,and downstream)heterogeneous characteristics,and the impact on non-provincial capital cities is significantly higher than that on provincial capital cities.The flow of labor factors and the spillover effect of the high-speed rail network is the high-speed transportation network impact The transmission mechanism of industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly,the flow of labor factors and the spillover effect of the high-speed rail network are the transmission mechanism of high-speed rail transportation network affecting industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on these,it puts forward some suggestions to promote industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,such as improving the high-speed rail transportation network in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,exerting the^diffusion effect^of high-speed railways,and promoting the integrated construction of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.
