30万t级油船靠泊过程实测系缆力统计分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对VLCC靠泊安全问题,通过统计和分析靠泊于大连港新30万t级原油码头的30万t级油船系缆力的实测数据,对30万t级油船在靠泊过程中系缆力随着潮汐涨落的变化规律、各缆绳系缆力的分布、系缆力突破预警值的情况进行了研究,结果表明各缆绳系缆力大小基本随着潮汐起伏而呈现规律性的涨落变化,而且对于蝶形布置的码头,横缆确实承受了更大的系缆力,但是各个位置缆绳系缆力相差并不大,低潮前后系缆力的极小值、系缆力的每小时增幅与系缆力突破预警值概率之间基本呈正比关系。基于研究结果,提出了有针对性的进行监护和采取紧急措施的建议。研究结果对于VLCC的靠泊安全具有参考价值。 In view of the berthing safety for VLCC,based on the measured mooring force data of 300000 t tanker berthing at the new Dalian 300000 t crude oil terminal,the variation of mooring force with tide,the distribution of mooring force,and the situation while mooring force exceeding the warning value were studied.The results show that the mooring force basically fluctuates regularly with the tidal fluctuation,the mooring force of each cable is not much different though breast line bear more force for the butterfly-arrangement dock,the probability of mooring force exceeding the warning value is proportional with the minimum value of mooring force at low tide and the hourly increase of mooring force.Based on the research result,some suggestions were put forward to monitor better and take emergency measures.The result may serve as a reference for the berthing safety for VLCC.
