摘要
系泊是航运业最常见的操作,将显著地改变波浪场特征。靠泊安全是海事任务中的一项基本要求,针对具体的码头通过耦合浮体运动得到系泊系统运动响应和缆索张力是实现这一要求的关键一步。本文以国外某大型绿洲级邮轮码头为例,论证风浪流作用下的系泊缆绳受力和船对护舷的撞击力,进而根据不同的环境条件和作业要求,对其归纳整理,给出允许系泊的条件,以期能在其他研究人员应用这些方法时为其提供参考,为后续类似邮轮码头的建设提供借鉴和启示。
Mooring is the most common operation in ocean shipping industry,which alters the characteristics of wave field noticeably.Safe mooring is required as a baseline for maritime transportation,which can be realized based on the combination of motion response of mooring system and the mooring cable tension obtained by coupling the movement of floating body.An oasis-class cruise terminal is taken as an example to analyze the force acting on the cables and the impact of a ship on fender under the condition of wind,current and wave.The applicable mooring conditions are produced by summarizing different environments and operation requirements.The research results will provide a reference for the designers in the construction of similar cruise terminals in future.
