摘要
几乎所有存在危害的职业都需要佩戴护目镜,而护目镜在使用之前都要按照标准进行严格的测量和评估。在研究国内外护目镜标准的基础上,重点比较不同国家标准对护目镜散射光的技术要求,对不同样品的广角散射和狭角散射进行测量与分析,结果表明:广角散射和狭角散射是表征护目镜散射光的有效方法和手段。广角和狭角散射值随着磨料质量的增加而增大,且广角散射和狭角散射之间有较好的线性正比关系,进而根据广角散射值,提出了护目镜的狭角散射技术要求。
Nearly all occupations present hazards that require workers to wear eye-guards,which should be rigorously tested and evaluated to a set of industry standards before use.Based on the study of latest progress of domestic and international standards for eye-guard,different technical requirements from different national standard are compared.Three groups of samples were tested,and the results of wide and narrow angle scattering show that wide and narrow angle scattering are the effective method to characterize scattered light.With increase of the falling sand mass,the values of the wide and narrow angle scattering also increase,and they maintain a good linear relationship.According to the wide angle scattering value,the corresponding narrow angle scattering value was proposed.
