摘要
突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,改变了人们的生活、生产和学习方式。疫情使得高职院校人才培养工作的外部环境日益复杂化、主要环节出现新变化和辅助环节呈现新特点。后疫情时代的高职院校人才培养工作将会存在着一系列问题,它们的产生是由校外原因和校内原因共同作用的结果。后疫情时代高职院校人才培养工作创新发展将会受到外部影响因素和内部影响因素的制约和影响。因此,高职院校应该从确定科学原则,采取顾及校内外原因及影响因素的相关对策,并以动态发展视野进行评价,探寻后疫情时代人才培养工作创新发展路径,以实现人才培养工作满足后疫情时代经济社会发展需要的目标。
The styles of people’s lives,production and learning have been changed by the unexpected NCP.The epidemic makes the external environment of talents cultivation become increasingly complex,major link of talents cultivation undergo a new change and auxiliary link of talents cultivation present new features in higher vocational colleges.Talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges will face many problems,which is the result of external and internal causes of higher vocational colleges.Accordingly,innovation and development of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges would be restricted and influenced by external and internal factors.Under this background,the path of innovation and development of talents cultivation should be explored from the aspects of principle confirmed scientifically,the relevant countermeasures taken based on the causes and impact factors,and evaluation performed from the perspective dynamic development by higher vocational colleges in the post-epidemic era,so that the needs of the economic and social development can be met by talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges in the post-epidemic era.
