How Do Peer Groups Affect Learning: In Group Socialization Theory Perspective

摘要 同伴群体作为人的社会化过程中重要的影响因素,直接或间接地对儿童的学习产生作用。群体社会化理论将群体行为分为五种类型:群内偏好、群外敌对、群间对比、群内同化和群间分化。本文从性别、种族、能力三个变量出发,探讨群体行为对学习产生的影响。结论指出,同伴群体的最优化构成是一个复杂命题,在性别、种族、能力三个层面,其同质性与异质性要求不同:同性群体进行有效合作学习的可能性较高;不同种族群体中,其同质程度对合作学习的影响不同;能力异质群体的合作学习最有效率。
