摘要 群体社会化对于学生的成长具有重要作用,并受到很多因素的影响。小丽的母亲和班主任因忽略了小丽的群体社会化需要,实施了错误的教育措施,最终导致了超出家庭和学校矫正能力的小丽逃学悲剧。对于这一案例的反思表明:教育需要在认识教育目的重要性的同时,从实际出发,按照规律施教;同时,人们还需深思教育功能的双重性,尤其是教师更要加强教育学的知识学习,并掌握不局限于心理学的广阔教育知识。 Group socialization plays a significant role in students' growth, and it is affected by many factors. Owing to the neglect of Xiaoli's special need for group socialization, Xiaoli's mother and teacher implement wrong educational measures. Eventually, it led to Xiaoli's truant tragedy beyond the correction capability of her family and school. Reflection on this case indicates that education needs to recognize the importance of educational goal from a practical point and educational regularity. At the same time, people also need to ponder the dual function of education; especially, teachers should strengthen the education professional knowledge, which is not confined to the broad educational psychology.
