摘要
阜生煤业有限公司基于1105工作面回采前期,采空区漏风量大、采空区监控不到位等导致采空区内遗煤自燃,致使采空区里富含高浓度CO严重威胁着工作面安全高效回采的问题,根据前期回采现状,分析了采空区遗煤自燃原因,采取了“注氮+安装导风装置+安装JSG5型束管监控系统”联合控制防灭火技术,通过5个月实际应用,工作面在后期回采过程中CO浓度控制在0.0016%以下,成功抑制了采空区煤层自燃的发生。
Aiming at the threat of high-concentration CO in goaf to the safety and high-efficiency mining caused by left-over coal spontaneous combustion due to large amount of air leakage and inadequate monitoring at 1105 working face of Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the combined fire prevention and extinguishing technology with nitrogen injection,installation of air ducting device and JSG5-typed tube monitoring system by analysis of the reasons for left-over coal spontaneous combustion,which can restain the coal seam spontaneous combustion in goaf by controling the CO concentration under 0.0016%.
