摘要 为防止2-208工作面采空区内出现自燃现象,根据工作面地质条件及煤层赋存情况,基于液态CO_(2)防灭火施工工艺及流程,对2-208工作面采空区液态CO_(2)防灭火施工方案进行设计,确定液态CO_(2)注入口布置在进风巷一侧距离工作面50 m的位置处,注入强度为14 m^(3)/h,注入压力为1.6~2.0 MPa,并在采空区注入液态CO_(2)后进行采空区内指标气体的监测。结果表明:采空区内压注液态CO_(2)后,回风巷侧CO浓度会降低至0%,进风巷侧CO浓度基本稳定在25×10^(-6),据此可知液态CO_(2)惰化采空区效果显著,保障了采空区的安全。 In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in the goaf of 2-208 working face,according to the geological conditions of the working face and the occurrence of coal seams,based on the liquid carbon dioxide fire-fighting construction technology and process,liquid CO_(2)fire-fighting construction in the goaf of 2-208 working face The plan is designed to determine that the liquid CO_(2)injection port is arranged at a position 50m away from the working surface on the side of the air intake lane,the injection intensity is 14m^(3)/h,the injection pressure is 1.6~2.0MPa,and the liquid CO_(2)is injected into the goaf.Monitoring of indicator gases in the empty zone.The results show that:after liquid CO_(2)is injected into the goaf,the CO concentration on the side of the return airway will be reduced to 0%,and the CO concentration on the side of the air inlet roadway will be basically stable at 25×10^(-6).It can be seen that the effect of liquid CO_(2)inerting the goaf is significant and guarantees To improve the safety of the goaf.
