摘要 由于申家庄煤矿N10909工作面回采前期采空区出现的CO超限现象,严重制约着工作面的安全、高效回采。从煤体氧化、地质构造、漏风和采空区监测等方面分析了采空区CO超限的主要原因,根据工作面回采现状,对工作面采取了注氮防灭火、安装导风装置以及安装束管监测等防灭火措施。实际应用表明,采取综合防灭火措施后,工作面后期回采过程中采空区CO浓度控制在0.002 4%以下,取得了显著的应用成效。 Due to the phenomenon of C0 exceeding the limit in the goaf of the N10909 working face of Shenjiazhuang Coal Mine in the early stage of mining,it seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face.The main reasons for CO exceeding the limit in the goaf were analyzed from the aspects of coal oxidation,geological structure,air leakage,and monitoring of the goaf.Based on the current mining situation of the working face,measures such as nitrogen injection for fire prevention,installation of air guide devices,and installation of bundle monitoring were taken for the working face.Practical applications have shown that after adopting comprehensive fire prevention measures,the CO concentration in the goaf during the later mining process of the working face is controlled below 0.0024%,achieving significant application results.
