摘要
为解决塔山矿8305工作面无煤柱开采时采空区遗煤自燃问题,分析认为采空区防灭火管理难度大、临空侧封堵技术匮乏是防灭火难点。为此,工作面设计初期采取喷洒阻化剂防灭火为主,后期工作面初次来压、顶板完全垮落,采取向采空区埋管连续不断注氮,注氮流量设计为1080 m;/h,通过对采空区气体取样分析,O;体积分数保持在1.5%以下,保障了工作面的安全开采。
In order to solve the problem of coal self-ignition in the mining area of the 8305 working surface of The Tashan Mine without coal column mining,the analysis holds that the difficulty of fire prevention management in the mining area and the lack of near-air side blocking technology are the difficulties of preventing fire in the mining and mining area without coal column mining,for this reason,the Tashan Mine8305 work surface design using nitrogen injection in the mining area,leak-blocking spray and spray inhibitor with beam tube monitoring and monitoring system 24 hours non-stop monitoring,manual prediction and forecasting combined with comprehensive fire-fighting technical measures to ensure the safe mining of 8305 coal-free column work surface.
