摘要
测算巷道松散煤体的漏风强度分布状况及动态变化规律, 对松散煤体的自然发火预测技术的研究具有重要意义. 由于巷道松散煤体的实际漏风速度极小(0-001 ~0-5 cm/s) , 因而目前测风、测压技术在实际应用中存在诸多问题. 为此, 提出了通过实测巷道沿空侧松散煤体钻孔氧气浓度推算漏风强度的方法, 并分析了巷道松散煤体在自燃过程中热风压对漏风强度的动态影响. 该方法在东滩煤矿4308 综放工作面沿空巷道自燃性预测中得到成功应用.
It is significant to calculate specific air leakage for studying the predicting technique of coal self ignition of loose coal. As the actual air leakage velocity is very small and the conditions of gates in the coal mine are complicated, the general methods,i e. the testing technique of air flux and air press cant be applied to loose coal of gates. The new method which the air leakage is calculated with the oxygen concentration and the rate of oxygen consumption by coal is put forward. It is accord with the actual air leakage in the gates. At last the dynamic effect of the thermal air press on the specific air leakage is analyzed. The rightness of results is proved in site for predicting spontaneous combustion in tailgate of face 4308 in Dongtan Coal Mine.
