摘要
采集东荣二矿17#煤层煤样,利用“XKⅢ型”煤低温自然发火实验台进行测试,模拟现场散热情况、漏风状况及浮煤厚度,依靠煤自身氧化放热升温,得出随煤温升高的耗氧速度、CO产生率、CO2产生率、放热强度、煤自燃极限参数等的变化规律,研究煤的低温氧化放热特性,预测煤的临界温度和干裂温度、实验最短自然发火期及自燃倾向性。实验表明:煤样起始温度为20℃时,最短自然发火期为46 d;临界温度为60~75℃、干裂温度为90~110℃、浮煤厚度小于0.7 m、下限氧浓度在60℃左右,浮煤不自燃。
The paper introduces the collection of coal sample of 17# coal seam in Dongrong 2^(nd) coal mine and the use of XKIII spontaneous combustion experimental apparatus of coal low-temperature for testing and simulating heat dissipation,leakage and height of remain coal on the spot,variation law of oxygen consumption velocity,rate of CO production,rate of CO_2 production,exothermic strength and limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion with coal temperature going up are obtained by relying on ascension temperature of oxidation exothermic by coal itself,the characteristic of low-temperature oxidation exothermic of coal is studied,and critical temperature,dry temperature,the shortest spontaneous combustion period of experiment and spontaneous combustion tendency of coal are forecasted.The experiment shows that the shortest spontaneous combustion period is 46 d in the case of the starting temperature of coal sample of 20℃;the remain coal is not subject to the spontaneous combustion in the case of critical temperature of 60~75℃、the dry temperature of 90~110℃、the remain coal height of less than 0.7 m and the lower limit oxygen concentration of about 60℃.
