摘要
经济社会的发展对高职院校科技创新提出了更高要求。以企业现场问题为载体,建设企业一线问题库,将学校教学科研与企业实际问题紧密结合,对于高职院校科技创新和企业发展均有着重要意义。企业一线问题库的建设应遵循小而实、系统化、模块化、应用性的原则,结合高职院校自身特点探索共建、共管、共享的建设模式。
The development of economy and society puts forward higher requirements for scientific and technological innovation in higher vocational colleges.It is of great significance for scientific and technological innovation and enterprise development in higher vocational colleges to build a database of first-line problems of enterprises and closely integrate school teaching and scientific research with practical problems of enterprises.The construction of enterprise front-line problems database should follow the principles of small and real,systematic,modular and applied,and explore the construction mode of co-construction,co-management and sharing combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
