摘要
目前高职院校教材存在与企业需求脱节、内容陈旧、缺乏对学生实践创新能力的培养,以及教材开发团队缺乏企业的深度参与等问题。文章针对以上问题,以企业一线问题库清单为基础,探索高职院校教材开发的原则、方法和路径,开发学生需求与企业需求并重、以能力为本位的新形态教材,促进学生实践创新能力的培养。
At present, there are some problems in the teaching materials of higher vocational colleges, such as disconnection with the needs of enterprises, outdated content, lack of cultivation of students ’ practical and innovative ability, lack of deep participation of enterprises in the teaching material development team, single presentation of teaching materials, and insufficient combination with digital resources. In view of the above problems, based on the front-line problems database of enterprises, this paper explores the path and process of teaching material construction and development in higher vocational colleges, establishes a new form of teaching material construction system with equal emphasis on students’ needs and enterprises’ needs, and takes ability as the standard, so as to promote the cultivation of students’ practical innovation ability.
