简要介绍了英国医疗护理员的发展概况,对其历史沿革、使用现况和使用效益进行了全面回顾,并对我国医疗护理员的设置和管理提出了建议,旨在为卫生行政人员和医院管理人员提供借鉴和参考。
This article briefly introduced the development of Health Care Assistant in the UK including its development history,current status,and benefits.We propose suggestions on the establishment and management of nursing assistants in China aiming to provide reference for government and hospital administrators.
