摘要
目的:了解护理员的手部卫生现状、手卫生知识的掌握情况,旨在强化护理员执行手卫生及控制医院感染意识、为医院感染的预防、控制、管理提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷法对140名护理员执行手卫生情况进行调查。结果:临床工作中,护理员的手卫生依从率较低,在进行不同的操作时,护理员手卫生依从率表现出较大的差异,对与自身安全相关操作的手卫生依从率高于对与病人安全相关操作的手卫生依从率;37.2%护理员未执行手卫生或者以戴手套代替手卫生,说明其对手卫生执行方式存在不足的认识。结论:护理员手部卫生状况亟待提高,执行手卫生及控制医院感染意识有待强化。
Objective：To understand the current status of care-workers＇ hand hygiene, in order to enhance their hand washing behavior and improve nosocomial infection control. Methods：Observation and questionnaire survey were used among 140 care-workers randomly selected from our hospital. Results：The average rate of hand hygiene compliance was low. The compliance rates were highest after their disposing dirty materials, before going to toilet, and after touching patients. The most important factor impacting their hand hygiene behaviors was the busy work. Conclusions：The hand hygiene of care-workers needs to be improved urgently.
