摘要
随着医疗机构业务量不断增多,患者对住院期间的陪护需求不断增加,出现了护理员(护工)的职业,承担患者住院期间陪护、生活照料的工作内容,在形式上满足了医患市场的需求.该文对护理员(护工)队伍年龄、文化水平等现状进行分析,对护理员(护工)在"医学专业知识零起点"的基础上,开展规范化培训,使之不断为患者提供高质量的服务.
