摘要
基于新疆维吾尔自治区第七次全国人口普查主要数据,结合历次普查资料,从人口总量、人口素质、人口分布、人口城镇化及人口老龄化等多个对当前新疆地区的人口特征与发展趋势进行了分析。研究表明,新疆人口呈现出人口总量大幅增加、人口素质提高、流动人口群体增加、劳动年龄人口资源充沛、城镇人口迅速增加等显著特征,展现出老龄化程度加剧、性别比上升明显等新的趋势。为了应对新疆人口的变化,应该落实“三孩”政策及支持措施、大力发展新疆的养老产业、加强新疆公共服务建设并且建设新疆管理人口数据平台,从而促进新疆社会经济的可持续发展。
Based on the main data of the seventh national census, this paper analyzes the current population characteristics and development trend of Xinjiang. The results show that the population of Xinjiang shows significant characteristics, such as the significant increase of the total population, the improvement of population quality, the increase of floating population group, the abundant resources of working age population, the rapid increase of urban population, and shows new trends, such as the intensification of aging and the obvious increase of gender ratio. In order to cope with the population changes in Xinjiang, we should implement the "three child" policy and supporting measures, vigorously develop the elderly care industry in Xinjiang, strengthen the construction of public services in Xinjiang, and build a population management data platform in Xinjiang, so as to promote the sustainable development of social economy in Xinjiang.
