摘要
目的:分析舒心止痛丸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年3月佳木斯市中医院收治的126例冠心病心绞痛患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为常规组和联合组,每组63例。常规组口服芪苈强心胶囊治疗,联合组在常规组基础上加用舒心止痛丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,治疗前后的临床症状、心肌酶谱、血清指标。结果:联合组的总有效率为96.83%,明显高于常规组的84.13%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组每周心绞痛发作频率、每次心绞痛发生持续时间和VAS评分均明显下降,且相比常规组,联合组均明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组cTnT、CK和CK-MB均明显下降,且相比常规组,联合组均明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MMP-9、MPO和ET均明显下降,且相比常规组,联合组均明显更低(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为6.35%,虽高于常规组的4.76%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用舒心止痛丸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛患者效果显著,明显改善临床症状,降低心肌酶谱、血清指标,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Shuxin Zhitong Pills combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsules on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Method:A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into routine group and combined group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with Qiliqiangxin Capsules,and the combined group was treated with Shuxin Zhitong Pills on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,clinical symptoms,myocardial zymogram and serum indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in combined group was 96.83%,which was significantly higher than 84.13% in routine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attack per week,the duration of each angina pectoris and VAS score in the two groups decreased significantly,and the combined group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).After treatment,cTnT,CK and CK-MB in the two groups decreased significantly,and the combined group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).After treatment,MMP-9,MPO and ET in the two groups decreased significantly,and the combined group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 6.35%,which was higher than 4.76% in the routine group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shuxin Zhitong Pills combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsules in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has significant effect,significantly improves clinical symptoms,reduces myocardial enzyme spectrum and serum indexes,and has high safety.
