摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘理论分析临床针刺辅助治疗冠心病的选穴规律,以期找到针刺治疗针刺辅助治疗冠心病的选穴规律,并为临床针刺辅助治疗冠心病提供新的具有科学性的处方。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万网医学网三大中文数据库中检索2000年1月至2021年1月间发表的针刺辅助治疗冠心病的相关文章,收集文章中的针刺处方,采用EXCEL 2013进行统一,并运用中医传承辅助平台软件(TCMISS V2.5)中的数据挖掘功能进行数据分析。结果:共计检索到符合标准文献136篇,获得针灸处方136条,共计涉及117个穴位,主要归经为胃经、脾经、膀胱经、肺经、大肠经;其中使用频率≥50次的穴位共计42个,其中频率最高的穴位为足三里、三阴交、太冲;其中使用频次≥30次的穴位组合共24个,其中使用频率最高的穴位组合为足三里-三阴交、足三里-梁丘、内关-足三里;共计获取强关联组合穴位98条,基于熵聚类算法分析获取核心穴位组合16个及新穴位处方8个。结论:针刺辅助治疗冠心病的穴位经脉主要以膀胱经、胃经、脾经、督脉、肾经为主要经脉,其中足三里、三阴交、太冲、内关、合谷、中脘等穴位为核心组方穴位,以调气活血、补益脾胃为治疗冠心病的针刺基本治则,坚持辨证论治选穴原则,发挥所选腧穴之间协同增效的作用,增强针刺辅助治疗冠心病的临床疗效。
Objective:To analyze the rule of acupoint selection based on data mining theory,in order to find the method of acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease,and provide a new scientific prescription for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:The articles published from January 2000 to January 2021 were retrieved in China(CNKI),Wipu database(VIP)and Web Medical Network,collected the acupuncture prescription with EXCEL 2013,and analyzed the data mining function in TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software(TCMISS V2.5).Results:136 compliance documents were retrieved,Get 136 acupuncture prescriptions,Total of 117 acupoints are involved;There are 42 acupoints with a frequency≥50;Among them,24 acupoints were combined with the frequency≥30;Based on the entropy clustering algorithm analysis,a total of 98 strongly related combined acupuncture points were obtained,16 core acupoint combinations and 8 new acupoint prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Adhere to the principle of syndrome differentiation,play the role of synergy between selected acupoints,enhance the clinical effect of coronary heart disease.
