摘要
目的:运用代谢组学技术比较分析冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证和非痰瘀互结证患者代谢产物的差异性,挖掘冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证的特异小分子代谢物。方法:纳入冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证和非痰瘀互结证患者各90例。各随机选取30例检测血清血脂水平,5-脂氧化酶(5-LO)、白细胞三烯B4(LTB4)、白细胞三烯E4(LTE4)含量并进行液相色谱-质谱联用检测。结果:痰瘀互结证组TG、TC、LDL-C及血清LTE4水平较非痰瘀互结证组显著升高(P<0.01)。代谢组学检测结果示两组之间存在60个差异性血清小分子代谢物。结论:冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证与非痰瘀互结证之间存在差异性代谢产物。
Objective:Using metabonomics through the comparative analysis of differences between coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with syndrome of intermingled phlegm-blood stasis and non-intermingled phlegm-blood stasis to excavate specific small molecule metabolites.Methods:Coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with syndrome of intermingled phlegm-blood stasis(90 cases)and non-intermingled phlegm-blood stasis(90 cases)were collected.Serum lipid levels,5 lipid oxidase(5-LO),leucotrienes B4(LTB4),and leucotrienes E4(LTE4)were detected in 30 randomly selected patients,and the contents were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:TG,TC,LDL-C and LTE4 levels in the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group were higher than those in the non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.01).The results of metabolomics showed that there were 60 differences in serum small molecule metabolites between the two groups.Conclusion:It found that the differential metabolites between the two kind of coronary heart diseases with angina pectoris.LTE4 may be an important differential small molecule metabolite of the two syndromes.
