Objective To explore the influence of blood sample placement time on biochemical test results, and give corresponding solutions,so as to provide some reference for the development of clinical related medical work. Methods Seventy eight outpatients in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected for the study. The changes of blood index data of the above 78 patients were counted and compared in two time periods ≤4 hours and >4 hours. The key blood indexes of this study mainly include: alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase γ-glutamyltranspeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, total bilirubin, potassium ion, phosphorus ion, blood glucose, total protein and total cholesterol. Results There was no statistical difference in the test results of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, total bilirubin and other indicators of blood samples placed for ≤4 hours and >4 hours in 78 patients,(t=0.6904, 1.4243, 1.2806 and 0.4707, P>0.05)There were significant differences in the test results of total cholesterol(t=9.1508, 5.3164, 12.0574, 3.0769, 4.1651, 21.9312, 10.0556, P<0.05).Conclusion The storage time of blood samples has a direct impact on the results of biochemical test. The storage time of blood samples should be controlled to avoid the deviation of biochemical test results.
