摘要
目的:探析血液标本放置时间的长短对生化检验结果及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)水平的影响。方法:选取门诊接受血液生化检验患者100例,所有患者采集血液标本后,均于放置1、4、8 h时检验8项常规生化指标。对比分析不同放置时间长短对生化检验结果及γ-GT水平的影响。结果:放置4 h时谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血糖(GLU)等检验结果与放置1 h时对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);放置8 h时γ-GT、ALT、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钾离子(K^+)、胆固醇(CHOL)、总胆红素(TB)、GLU等检验结果与放置1 h时对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液标本放置时间过长会对生化检验指标γ-GT、ALT、ALP、K+、CHOL、TB、GLU等产生显著影响,因此必须对检验顺序予以合理安排,以提升血液生化检验结果的有效性、准确性以及可靠性。
Objective:To investigate the influence of the length of blood specimen placement on biochemical test results and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT) level.Methods:100 patients who received blood biochemical test in outpatient department were selected.After collecting blood samples,8 routine biochemical indexes were tested at 1,4 and 8 hours after placement.The effects of different storage time on biochemical test results and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase level were compared and analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in ALT and GLU at 4 h and at 1 h(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the test results of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(gamma-GT),ALT,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),potassium ion(K +),cholesterol( CHOL),total bilirubin(TB),blood glucose(GLU)at 8 h and at 1 h(P<0.05).Conclusion:The long time of blood sample placement will have a significant impact on biochemical indexes such as gamma-GT,ALT,ALP,K+,CHOL,TB,GLU,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to rationally arrange the sequence of blood biochemical tests in order to enhance the effectiveness,accuracy and reliability of blood biochemical test results.
