摘要
目的体会血液标本放置时间对血液检验结果产生的影响。方法借助回顾性分析方式展开此次研究,研究时段为2019年5月至2019年11月,研究对象为我院进行血液检验的70例患者,将所采集的血液分为3份,分别在放置1 h、3 h、6 h后进行血液检验,观察血液标本放置时间差异对血液检验结果产生的影响。结果血液标本放置6 h后进行检验,其中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞及红细胞计数明显较低,且各指标水平低于1 h、3 h;单核细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板计数明显较高,且各指标水平高于1 h、3 h,组间数据进行对比,差异显著,P<0.05。结论受血液标本放置时间长短因素的影响,血液检验结果会出现较大差异;而放置时间越长,对血液检验结果造成的影响越大。所以在实际检验工作中,尽量对血液标本实施及时处理,缩短血液标本放置时间从而提升血液检验结果准确性。
Objective To understand the influence of blood specimen storage time on blood test results.Methods The study was carried out in a retrospective way from May 2019 to November 2019.The subjects were 70 patients with blood test in our hospital.The collected blood was divided into 3 parts,and blood test was conducted after 1 h,3 h and 6 h respectively.The influence of blood sample placing time difference on blood test results was observed.Results The blood samples were placed for 6 hours,the white blood cell count,neutrophil count and red blood cell count were significantly lower,and the levels of each index were lower than 1 h and 3 h;the mononuclear,lymphocyte and platelet count were significantly higher,and the levels of each index were higher than 1 h and 3 h,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Affected by the factors of blood sample storage time,the blood test results will be greatly different;and the longer the storage time,the greater the impact on the blood test results.Therefore,in the actual inspection work,timely processing of blood samples should be carried out as far as possible,so as to shorten the storage time of blood samples,so as to improve the accuracy of blood test results.
