摘要
目的探讨分析在生化检验中血液标本不同放置时间对其检验结果的影响。方法选取2017年10月~2019年10月我院全民健康体检对象95例,分别抽取三份血液标本,分别放置1、4、8h,然后比较三份血液样本的生化检验结果。结果TG指标放置1、4、8h结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TB、CHOL、K+、γ-GT等指标放置4h与放置1h生化检验结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),放置8h生化检验结果明显有别于放置1h,P<0.05;GLU、ALT、ALP等指标放置4、8h生化检验结果均明显有别于放置1h,P<0.05。结论在生化检验中,血液样本放置时间越长,对检验结果的影响也就越大,因此,临床上在采集了血液标本之后,还需要尽早进行送检,从而保证生化检验结果的准确性。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of different placement times of blood samples on the results of biochemical tests.Methods 95 cases from the national health check-up subjects in our hospital were selected from October 2017 to October 2019.Three blood samples were respectively drawn,and placed for 1 hour,4 hours and 8 hours respectively,and then the results of biochemical tests of the three blood samples were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the results of the triglyceride(TG)placed for 1 hour,4 hours,and 8 hours(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in biochemical test results of total bilirubin(TB),cholesterol(CHOL),Potassium ions(K+),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)and other indicators placed for 4 hours and 1 hour(P>0.05);there was difference in biochemical test results of total bilirubin(TB),cholesterol(CHOL),Potassium ions(K+),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)and other indicators placed for 8 hours and 1 hour(P<0.05);there was difference in biochemical test results of glutamate(GLU),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)placed for 8 hours and 1 hour(P<0.05).Conclusion In biochemical tests,the longer the blood sample is placed,the greater the impact on the test results.Therefore,it is necessary to send for test in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of the biochemical test results after the blood samples are collected.
