摘要
标本的检测受到诸多因素的影响,特别是像存放时间等这些人为能够控制、技术性要求不高的条件,常常会被忽视,由于标本的保存及测定时间的不得当导致结果误差可能会影响临床医生对疾病的判断和诊治。本研究主要是为了检测血液标本放置时间对生化检验结果的影响。实验室人员应根据各检测指标对保存时间的敏感性,选择适当的标本保存条件,尽量避免检测中系统误差的产生。
specimen detection is affected by many factors. especially as the storage time, the man can control, technical requirements are not high, often ignored, due to preservation and determination of time is not properly may influence clinicians to make the judgement and diagnosis, the main purpose of this study is to detect the blood specimen storage time on biochemical effect. Laboratory staff should be based on various indexes to save time sensitivity, selection of appropriate specimen preservation condition, try to avoid detection system error.
