摘要
结合当前国内高校书院制的现状及未来发展趋势,对民办高校的通识教育模式进行分析,认真查找现行国内民办高校通识教育发展中遇到的主要问题,进一步完善学院与书院、传统课程和通识课程的教育,创新体育、美育、劳动教育和生态文明教育,实现本科专业人才培养、素质教育的深度结合,充分挖掘学生的个性潜能,有效利用现有的教学资源,为学生对知识的渴求和自主发展的需求,积极提供保质保量且丰富多元的文化资源,将书院制的建设作为提升民办院校育人质量的有效途径,为社会培养一批满足高质量发展战略的高素质应用型人才。
Through combining with the present situation and future development tendency of academy system of colleges and universities in China,the study analyzes the general education mode of private colleges and universities;earnestly finds out the main problems of liberal education development in private colleges and universities in China;further perfects colleges and academies,traditional course and liberal course education;innovates physical,aesthetic,labor and ecological civilization education;realizes the deep combination of professional talent training and quality education;fully explores the student’s individual potential;and effectively utilizes modern teaching resources,to satisfy the student’s need of knowledge and independent development,actively provide qualified and rich cultural resource.The construction of academy system can be regarded as the effective path of education quality of private colleges and universities,to train a batch of high-qualified applied talents who can meet the demand of high-qualified development strategy for the society.
