摘要
本文通过理论演绎,提出面向未来的大学教育模式需要遵循共生协同的逻辑。以西交利物浦大学为案例,根据西交利物浦大学1.0、2.0、3.0版本教育模式的演变,归纳其教育理念、治理原则,分析其教学培养方式、组织管理方式、内外关系等教育管理实践,进而提出共生协同的大学教育模式框架,即"以学生为中心"的教育理念、"技术赋能"的治理原则、"融合式教育"的教学培养方式、"协同"的组织管理方式和"共生"的内外关系。
Through theoretical deduction,this paper proposes that a future-oriented university should follow the logic of symbiosis and coordination.After studying the evolution of education model version 1.0,2.0 and 3.0 at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University,this paper summarizes its educational philosophy and governing principle,and conducts an analysis of its management practices such as methods of teaching and training,ways of organization and management,and relations between university and society.It continues to put forward a framework for future university education featuring symbiosis and coordination,namely,the educational philosophy should be student-centered,governing principle should be technologyempowered,methods of teaching and training should be integrated,ways of organization and management should be coordinated,and relations between university and society should be symbiotic.
