摘要
教师发展学校的建设是一项系统工程,本文以鲁曼的社会系统理论为研究视角,分析教师发展学校作为社会子系统的由来和建设中存在的问题,从时间、社会和事物三个维度进行反思性选择活动来简化系统的复杂性,从而找到教师发展学校建设的突破路径。
The construction of Teacher Development School is a systematic project.This paper takes Luhmann’s social system theory as the research perspective to analyze the origin of Teacher Development School and its problems in construction.Through simplifying the complexity of the system from three dimensions,namely time,society and things,this research has found the breakthrough path of the construction of Teacher Development School.
