摘要
为研究不同剂量茶皂素对安徽白山羊断奶羔羊生长性能、血清指标、胰腺消化酶活性和瘤胃发酵参数的影响,选取3月龄体重相近[(12.14±0.59)kg]的断奶羔羊21只,随机分为3组,即对照组、低浓度茶皂素组(0.625g·kg^(-1))和高浓度茶皂素组(2.5g·kg^(-1)),每组7只,试验期56d。结果表明:①低浓度茶皂素组与其他2组相比,平均日增重显著升高,精料料重比显著下降。②低浓度和高浓度茶皂素组超氧化物歧化酶活性极显著升高,谷胱甘肽、过氧化物酶活性显著升高。③低浓度和高浓度茶皂素组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量显著升高,免疫球蛋白G含量于试验第4周显著上升。④低浓度和高浓度茶皂素组胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性极显著升高。⑤低浓度和高浓度茶皂素组瘤胃液丙酸、正丁酸、正戊酸含量显著升高。综上而言,饲粮中添加不同剂量茶皂素能提高安徽白山羊断奶羔羊生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善免疫力和提高消化功能。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different doses of tea saponin on growth performance,serum index,pancreatic digestive enzyme activity and rumen fermentation parameters of Anhui white goats.Twenty-one 3-months-old weaned lambs[similar body weight,(12.14±0.59)g]were randomly divided into three groups:control group,low concentration tea saponin group(0.625 g·kg^(-1)and high concentration tea saponin group(2.5 g·kg^(-1).There were seven weaned lambs in each group and the experiment period was 56 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the other two groups,the average daily gain in the low concentration tea saponin group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the fodder to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)The enzyme activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase increased significantly(P<0.01)and the enzyme activity of glutathione peroxidase increased significantly(P<0.05).(3)The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the low concentration tea saponin group and the high concentration tea saponin group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin G increased significantly in the fourth week(P<0.05).(4)The contents of trypsin,amylase and lipase in the low concentration tea saponin group and the high concentration tea saponin group were significantly increased(P<0.01).(5)The contents of rumen liquid propionic acid,n-butyric acid and n-valeric acid significantly increased(P<0.05)in the low concentration tea saponin group and high concentration tea saponin group.In conclution,different doses of tea saponin supplemented to the diet could improve the growth performance antioxidant capacity,immunity and digestive function of Anhui white goat weaned lambs.
