摘要
食品检验是保障食品安全的一个关键防线,但是在食品检验的过程中,检测结果会不可避免受到外在因素的影响,如人为因素、环境因素等,导致食品检验结果存在误差。因此,检测部门要严格按照规定流程进行操作,以降低这些因素对食品检验带来的影响,提高检验结果的准确性。本文对影响食品检验准确性的因素及对策进行了详细分析,并提出相应的解决策略,以供参考。
Food inspection is a key line of defense to ensure food safety,but in the process of food inspection,the test results will inevitably be affected by external factors,such as human factors and environmental factors,resulting in errors in food inspection results.Therefore,the testing department should operate in strict accordance with the specified process,so as to reduce the impact of these factors on food inspection and improve the accuracy of inspection results.In this paper,the factors and countermeasures affecting the accuracy of food inspection are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions are put forward for reference.
