摘要
在“双减”背景下,不仅要注重加强学校教育质量,规范校外培训机构,更要关注到家校合作的重要性。“双减”视域下,开展家校合作能够解决家校矛盾冲突;构建良好教育生态;共创和谐美好社会。然而,家校合作主要存在四大现实困境:合作意识比较淡薄、教师能力有所欠缺、活动形式相对单一、政策法规不够完善。针对这些问题,可以通过强化双方思想教育;提升教师专业能力;丰富家校沟通形式;建立相关政策机制等实践对策为学生创建健康的教育生态环境。
In the context of"double reduction",we should not only focus on enhancing the quality of school education and standardizing off-campus training institutions,but also the importance of home-school cooperation.Under the perspective of"double reduction",the development of home-school cooperation can solve the conflicts between home and school;build a good education ecology;and create a harmonious and beautiful society.However,there are four main practical dilemmas in home-school cooperation:a weak sense of cooperation,a lack of teachers'ability,a relatively single form of activity,and inadequate policies and regulations.In response to these problems,we can strengthen the ideological education of both parties;enhance the professional ability of teachers;enrich the form of home-school communication;establish relevant policy mechanisms and other practical countermeasures to create a healthy educational ecological environment for students.
