基于改进TOPSIS法的民用建筑再生利用方案决策 被引量:15

Decision-making of civil building regeneration scheme based on improved TOPSIS method

摘要 针对民用建筑再生利用的项目特点和现实条件,在文献综述和项目调研的基础上,建立了包括结构安全、技术可行、经济合理、环境协调、功能完善和绿色节能6大维度的民用建筑再生利用方案决策指标体系。采用三角模糊数等方法对指标进行赋值与量化。其次,考虑指标赋权的人为主观影响,采用改进熵权法确定指标权重,使权重确定更加科学。依据加权广义马氏距离改进TOPSIS法建立了民用建筑再生利用方案决策模型,解决了指标间重要性差异、指标间相关性以及协方差矩阵不可逆的问题。最后,将模型应用于西安某高校学生宿舍楼再生利用项目中,验证了所建立模型的可行性和优越性。研究结果表明,该模型能够合理选择最优方案,为定量研究民用建筑再生利用方案决策提供了新的思路。 Firstly, according to the project characteristics and actual conditions of civil building regeneration project, this paper established a decision-making index system for civil building regeneration scheme on the basis of literature review and project investigation, which include six dimensions:structural safety, technical feasibility, economic rationality, environmental coordination, functional perfection, green energy saving. The method of triangular fuzzy number was used to assign and quantify the index. Secondly, considering the subjective influence of index weight, the improved entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight, which made the weight determination more scientific. Based on the weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance improved TOPSIS method, the decision-making model for civil building regeneration scheme was established to solve the problems of the importance difference between indexes, correlation between indexes,and irreversibility of covariance matrix. Finally, the model was applied to a student dormitory building regeneration project in Xi’an City, which verified the feasibility and superiority of this model. The research results show that the model can reasonably select the optimal scheme, and can provide a new idea to quantitatively study the decision-making work of civil building regeneration scheme.
